Steven Wake, partner in our London office, will present as part of a webinar with the American Intellectual Property Law Association. The webinar will take place on Tuesday, March 15th at 5:30pm GMT.
Sitting alongside Patricia Olosky of The Webb Law firm and Michelle Wassenaar of Method Law P.C., Steven will present on trademark prosecution issues in the UK. Among the topics of discussion will be non-distinctiveness and descriptiveness, goods/services descriptions, and bad faith, as well as the differences and similarities between the practice points in the different territories.
