I completed my qualification and became a fully qualified Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in 2012 whilst working for a well-known UK law firm in its headquarters in the City of London.

My undergraduate days were spent at Leeds University but I moved to London shortly after and started working for a well-known UK Patent and Trade Mark Attorney firm near Chancery Lane – which gave me my career focus. During my time with that firm, I studied at Queen Mary University part-time and I graduated with an MSc in Management of Intellectual Property and the Certificate in Intellectual Property Law.

I joined Forresters in July 2014 as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney dealing with all aspects of trade mark law and practice including, but not limited to, trade mark searches, UK and EUTM and foreign trade mark filings, design filings, renewals, dealing with UK and EU registry objections and oppositions, cease and desist letters, cancellation procedures, undertakings and co-existence agreements, assignments and much more.
