I work in the Forresters Life Sciences team in Birmingham. I have experience in many aspects of UK, European and international patent prosecution, including drafting and oppositions. I mainly specialise in the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. I qualified as a UK Patent Attorney and a European Patent Attorney in 2021.

Prior to joining Forresters, I graduated from Durham University with a BSc in Cell Biology. I then went on to gain an MSc in Stem Cell Technology from the University of Nottingham.  I previously worked as a patent analyst and have experience in patent, technical literature and design searching & analysis.

Outside of work, I’m a keen netball player and a passionate Welsh rugby fan.
