Before joining Forresters in 2017, I graduated from the University of Cambridge with a first class Master’s degree in Natural Sciences (Chemistry) and spent a year in research, working on the structural characterisation of DNA translesion polymerases, at the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry in Munich.

Since joining Forresters, I have gained experience of many aspects of patent work, including: drafting and prosecuting UK, European and international patent applications; and drafting European oppositions and appeals. In particular, I work on prosecuting patent applications in the fields of Chemistry and Materials Science.

In my spare time, I enjoy bouldering, rock climbing, cycling, hiking in the Alps, cooking, and learning new languages.
