Jon will present on applicable case law and current examination guidelines for examination of antibody applications in Europe, while the other panellists Mark Lemley, Kevin Kabler and Terri Shieh-Newton will focus on US-specific examination guidelines. The panel will then discuss claim strategy and sufficiency of disclosure, offering some guidance on patent strategy in light of Amgen v. Sanofi, Juno v. Kite, and other relevant cases.
