Forresters named Top 5 British filer of EU trade mark applications

The numbers are in and we are delighted to announce that, in the most recent journal of The Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys, Forresters has been ranked as a top 5 British filer for trade marks at the EU IPO, for 2015.
Reflecting our continued expansion and client growth, our filing figures for EU trade mark applications were up 10% on 2014.
We continue to provide the best possible service for our clients when conducting EU (and of course other) work, whether from our Birmingham, Liverpool, London or Munich offices.
Whilst we live in uncertain times, following the Brexit referendum, we are following closely negotiations which are taking place and will be happy to answer any questions you may have in that regard. As a European firm we continue to serve our clients fully at both EU and UK level, and with a full office presence in Munich for almost 40 years, we will continue to do so, irrespective of the eventual Brexit outcome.
We are also proud to announce that three of our trade mark attorneys were specifically mentioned in the Legal 500 (2016 edition), namely partners Steven Wake and Matt Shaw, and senior associate Kate Cruse. Matt was recommended as “very efficient with great attention to detail, knowledge and excellent response times“, with Steven and Kate also being praised for their trade mark work.
