Continuing our partnership with Birmingham Royal Ballet

There is an exciting twelve months ahead as we continue our support of the world-renowned Birmingham Royal Ballet.
From The Nutcracker and Swan Lake to Don Quixote and Peter and the Wolf, the ballet company has an incredible line up planned for the coming year. We’re proud to be continuing our support by looking after the company’s intellectual property, ensuring the company preserves its reputation as a world leader in the field of dance.
Matt Shaw, a partner in our Birmingham office, expressed how delighted he is that we are continuing as corporate members with the company. “The Birmingham Royal Ballet is highly respected both in the UK and across the world and we are thrilled our partnership is continuing. Through our corporate membership, we get the chance to see some of their finest shows here in Birmingham, and in towns and cities such as Southampton, Salford and London.
“We work closely with creative industries across the Midlands, ensuring their creativity and ingenuity is protected. This is an exciting time for the Birmingham Royal Ballet and we are proud to be partnering them for another year.”

“And 2020 is set to be an exciting year for Birmingham Royal Ballet, as we have our new Artistic Director, Carlos Acosta CBE, arriving in January. Carlos has great visions for the company, which include expanding our repertoire and reaching out to new and more diverse audiences. We will also be continuing the great work of our community outreach programmes such as Dance Track and Freefall.
