Kate is a UK Chartered trade mark attorney advising clients worldwide on their trade mark filing strategies, bearing in mind their goals, priorities and budgets. She also carries out contentious work, including oppositions and cancellation actions, company name actions and domain name complaints.

Kate works with clients in a range of industries, including the automotive, gaming, green technologies, medical and clothing sectors. Her clients range from sole traders to international businesses.

Having read Hispanic/Portuguese studies at the University of Birmingham Kate went on to qualify as a trade mark attorney in 2005. She also enjoyed working as a Regional Sustainable Operations Officer for the British Embassy in Central America where her focus was measuring, mitigating and offsetting the carbon footprint.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys short walks on long beaches and swimming in Welsh lakes.
