I graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2020 with an MSci in Biochemistry, as part of which I spent a year at a multinational pharma company, developing a 3D spheroid screening assay. My Master’s project investigated a key transmembrane protein implicated in Alzheimer’s disease.

I joined the Forresters Life Sciences team in London in September 2021 and am training to become a UK and European Patent Attorney.

I grew up in Egypt and the United Arab Emirates and have always loved travelling, languages and exploring cultures.

In my spare time, I am a keen gym-goer and runner but also spend a fair amount of time in the kitchen baking!
