I also specialise in resolving (and importantly avoiding) disputes over IP rights. I have a strong track record of defending retailers, manufacturers and importers, against threats from IP rights holders. I have successfully led teams both asserting and defending claims over registered rights such as patents and registered designs, and also involving unregistered right including designs rights, copyright, and passing off claims.
