I am an enthusiastic trade mark attorney with more than 20 years’ experience.  I provide practical solutions and clear, commercial advice to my clients.  I trained at leading international law firms and qualified as a Registered European Trade Mark Attorney in 2013.  During this time I managed the world-wide trade mark portfolios of global FMCG companies and telecommunications companies which includes some of the world’s most famous and iconic brands.

I joined Forresters in 2017.  My role as senior trade mark attorney includes advising on all aspects of trade mark registration, protection and enforcement in the UK, Europe and Internationally. This includes clearance searches, oppositions, invalidity and revocation actions and other transactions involving IP. I have regular interaction with representatives and examiners from the UK IPO and WIPO as well as with our global network of overseas attorneys. I am passionate about trade marks, designs and all aspect of branding.  I particularly enjoy providing advice to businesses large and small in the development of their IP protection, seeing ideas through from their inception to commercialisation.
