Gender-inclusive language statement
Forresters communicates with thousands of people across the world, and so we are in a good position to help lead the way on gender inclusivity.
Our Equality and Diversity (E&D) Group and Records Professional Practice Committee have recently reviewed our business communications to ensure the language used is gender inclusive.
This includes how we address a client, the salutation we use on all communications and not referencing a gender if it is not needed.
We are proud of the work that Forresters’ E&D Group is doing to make the IP profession more inclusive for all.
