Exam Successes

In these challenging times, we are delighted to report some excellent exam successes for our trainees.
Foundation Certificate
Ian Duncan, Nikita Meek and Robert Smith have successfully passed their UK Patent Law examinations. Ian and Robert have also passed their papers in Design and Copyright Law. Nikita and Robert have also successfully passed their English Law examinations.
Rosalie Shepherd, Alexandra Wood and Beth Campbell passed their examinations in International Patent Law and Trade Mark Law, and are now part-qualified UK patent attorneys.
Final Diploma
Ryan Mitchell and Kate Selwyn have successfully passed their Advanced IP Law and Practice and Amendment of Specification papers. Additionally, Ryan passed his examination in Infringement and Validity, and Kate passed her examination in Drafting of Specifications.
Emily Brunton has passed all her final exams, and she is now a fully qualified UK Patent Attorney.
We are very proud of these achievements, which reflect both our professionals’ calibre and the hard work that they have put into their exam preparation.
