Exam success for Forresters

We are delighted to announce that Associates, Dr Emma Hicks and Heather Chapman have been successful in their recent UK qualifying exams (infringement and validity, and advanced IP law and practice, respectively). As a result, Emma and Heather are now fully-qualified UK patent attorneys in addition to being fully-qualified European patent attorneys.
Our trainee patent attorney Greg Smith is also closer to full UK qualification by passing his final UK papers in infringement and validity, and advanced IP law and practice.
Our other trainee patent attorneys were also successful in a number of the foundation papers on their route to full UK qualification. Kate Selwyn, Emily Brunton and Dr Ryan Mitchell, passed their foundation UK papers in patent law, English law and design and copyright law. William Fowler passed his UK papers in patent law and English law. James Farrow passed his UK papers in International patent law and trade mark law. Stephanie Thomas passed her UK paper in trade mark law.
We are very proud of these achievements, which reflect both our professionals’ calibre and the hard work that they have put into their exam preparation.
