Exam success among business support teams

We are delighted to announce that Forresters Legal Secretary Abigail Hanlon, Administrative Secretary Katie Steer, Records Administrator Lauren Staley and Records Team Leader Samuel Dennison have successfully completed The CIPA Introductory Patent Administrators’ Course.
The course teaches and examines candidates on the underlying principles, the essential legal background and the practice of Patent and Design Administration.
Lauren, who works in our Birmingham office, Katie, who works in our London office, and Abbie and Sam, who work in our Liverpool office, all passed with flying colours, with Lauren achieving a distinction.
